Get ready to welcome our famous spaghetti flambé to the heart of the Anzere slopes on 1, 4 and 8 March 2025. The Cerdeira family's famous recipe, which makes all pasta lovers salivate, has been added to our menu since January 2022! Our culinary expertise and the Cave Constantin in Argnoud have joined forces to bring you the very best food and wine pairings.
