22.03 - Montagne en scène
Montagne en scène
Screening of two films:
Bleau dans la Peau
To mark the 70th anniversary of the first 7A in Fontainebleau, Seb Berthe and Hugo Parmentier have set themselves quite a challenge: to complete 100 boulders on the 7A side in one day, linking the sectors by bike or on foot. An extraordinary journey of over 80 km through the magic forest! And an extraordinary feat when you consider how demanding these rocks are. Scrapers, rulers, zip ties, but above all a magnificent human adventure, sublimated by the poetry of director Jérôme Tanon. Majeur.
36 minutes
Languages subtitles: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German
The Vagabonds of Logan
At 5959m, Mount Logan is the 2nd highest peak in North America, and certainly one of the wildest mountains in the world. To reach it, Hélias Millerioux, Alex Marchesseau, Thomas Delfino and Gregory Douillard did not choose the easy option. They approached it on foot and skis, in total autonomy, with 80kg per person to lug across hundreds of kilometres of tormented moraines and glaciers! Head for the East Ridge, with its 4,000 metres of vertical drop that has never been skied before, before returning to the ocean in a raft... Total adventure, with friends, in a hostile but grandiose natural environment... Magical!
