As soon as the first signs of nesting appeared, observations focused on the pair of Bearded Vultures in the Haut Val de Bagnes.
On several occasions, things went badly wrong for the birds. Philippe and Dada, with the support of scientists, intervened to save the bearded vultures and contribute to the enormous efforts being made throughout Europe to reintroduce this beautiful bird.
Little by little, the two men became involved in the story of the pair's struggle to reproduce.
In their quest for the bearded vulture, our two characters met other diurnal and nocturnal birds of prey, and had some very exciting encounters.
