trail running initiations
Due to the COVID19 situation during spring 2020, some activities and / or events may be postponed or canceled! We thank you for your understanding.
In partnership with the Anzère resort, Sport et Bien-être Center will offer trail running initiations, every Sunday in July and August 2020.
2 courses will be offered with our Bungypump sticks, Walkathlon model)
Accessible free of charge with the Freedom Pass.
Or CHF 20.- per person
Open to everyone and in groups of up to 10 people from 16 years old.
The courses will be divided between running and fast walking and adapted according to the level of the group.
Goal
The objective is to introduce you to the technique of walking and running with our specific Bungypump sticks with shock absorber to drastically reduce the impact of the ground on the joints.
Equipment
The sticks will be loaned to you during these initiations.
Put on your sports clothes and ideally a small bag with your bottle.

In case of an insufficient number of registrations, we are unfortunately obliged to cancel the activity. You will be notified by phone or email.

- Long route (3.30 hours) at 5:30 pm
- Small route (2.30 hours) at 8.30 am
